Bright Minds School was born from a simple, ambitious idea: teaching young people, from age 11, what usually gets left out of the traditional curriculum — communication and public speaking, economics, citizenship, critical thinking. Skills that make a difference for life. All in an online-learning model built to fit the routine: recorded classes, live sessions, gamification, and support material, in the palm of your hand.

In an online school, technology isn't a detail: it's what keeps the business running. And it has several fronts — the page that brings the student in, the automations that organize the sale, the platform where they study, the infrastructure holding it all up.

The content and the teaching are Bright Minds' craft, and they do it very well. Putting it all on the air, making it work, and keeping it spinning — that's on us.

Landing pages

We handle the creation and maintenance of Bright Minds' landing pages. The goal is simple to say and hard to deliver: fast, well-built pages that perform, ready to take traffic and convert. For that, here we build on WordPress with Elementor — the right tool for the right job: you can create and adjust quickly, spin up variations, and test without a long development cycle for every page.

We don't do their marketing — that magic belongs to the school's team. Our job is making sure the page is fast and well built, so the ad budget doesn't leak through a slow page. We set the stage; they put on the show.

Automations and integrations

This is the part almost nobody sees, but it's what makes the operation run on its own. We take care of the automations connecting lead capture, the CRM, and sales, integrating the services so everything talks to each other without anyone pushing things along by hand. Behind it runs an N8N server, orchestrating the automations and the integration with Hotmart. It's the gear that turns interest into an enrolled student, working day and night.

The learning platform (LMS)

The area where the student studies is the home of the business, and we're the ones keeping it running smoothly. We handle the management and evolution of the learning platform: tweaks, improvements, and everything that keeps the studying experience fluid and stumble-free. If the platform hiccups, the student feels it. So we do whatever it takes so it doesn't.

The infrastructure holding it all up

None of this stands on its own. We manage the VPS that runs the landing pages, the email services, and the Cloudflare CDN and Firewall layer, which makes everything faster and safer. It's the kind of work nobody notices when it's working. And that's exactly the goal: that nobody ever needs to.
